What types of upholstery do you clean?
We clean every type of fabric upholstered furniture commonly found in GTA homes: sofas, loveseats, armchairs, sectionals, chaises, ottomans, dining chairs, bar stools, benches, mattresses (all sizes), and custom pieces. We handle most fabric types including microfiber, cotton, linen, chenille, velvet, polyester blends, synthetic fibres, and performance fabrics. We do not clean leather, suede, or nubuck — those require specialized products and we will recommend a dedicated leather care specialist. If you are unsure about your fabric, send us a photo and we will confirm before booking.
How long does it take for upholstery to dry?
Drying time depends on the fabric, chosen method, room conditions and ventilation. We explain aftercare for the treated items. Keep people and pets off the furniture until it is fully dry and any product instructions have been met.
Can you remove stains from my couch or mattress?
We pre-treat every visible stain before the deep clean — food, drink, wine, coffee, pet urine, blood, ink, mud, and results depend on the fabric, stain type, age and prior treatments. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Older or set-in stains, bleach damage, and dye transfers are harder to remove and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot do before starting. For pet urine, we use enzyme-based treatments that break down the proteins causing the odour, not just mask it. If you have a stubborn stain, mention it when booking so we can bring the right treatment.
Is your upholstery cleaning safe for pets and kids?
Tell us about children, pets, sensitivities and fabric-care requirements before service. We select products for the material and explain ventilation, drying and re-entry instructions. Keep the treated area clear until the furniture is dry and product instructions are met.
Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
No, we clean every piece in place. Just clear the items sitting on top of the furniture: blankets, throw pillows (unless you want those cleaned too — ask us), remote controls, laptops, pet beds, and any small personal items. If the piece is against a wall and you want the back cleaned, we will gently pull it out and put it back. We also place waterproof corner protectors under sofa legs to protect your floors from any moisture. The entire setup and pack-up takes us about 10 minutes before and after.
Can you clean leather furniture?
We specialize in fabric upholstery and do not clean leather, suede, or nubuck. Leather requires specific pH-balanced conditioners and cleaning agents that differ from fabric products — using fabric methods on leather can strip the protective coating, cause cracking, or leave water rings. If you need leather cleaning, we are happy to refer you to trusted specialists in the GTA who focus exclusively on leather care. For fabric furniture with leather accents (like a fabric sofa with leather piping), we can clean the fabric portion and work carefully around the leather detail.

How often should upholstery be professionally cleaned?
For most GTA households, every 12 to 18 months is the sweet spot for general maintenance cleaning. If you have pets that shed or sleep on furniture, young children, family members with allergies or asthma, or pieces in high-traffic living rooms, consider every 6 to 12 months. Light-use formal living rooms can stretch to 24 months. Mattresses benefit from annual cleaning to remove dust mites, sweat, and allergens. Vacuuming weekly between professional cleanings extends the life significantly. Upholstered furniture that is never professionally cleaned accumulates bacteria, dust mites, and allergens in fibres that home vacuums cannot fully reach.
