Our Methods
Water-Fed Pole vs Traditional Squeegee
We use two professional cleaning methods and choose the right one for each job based on window type, height, and accessibility.
Water-Fed Pole System
Our telescopic carbon-fibre poles reach windows up to 4 storeys from the ground. Purified, deionized water is pumped through the pole and scrubs away dirt, then rinses the glass to a spot-free finish without any chemicals.
Best for:
- Second and third-storey exterior windows
- Hard-to-reach windows over landscaping or decks
- Large residential homes and commercial storefronts
- Properties where ladder placement is difficult
Because deionized water has zero mineral content, it dries completely clear with no water spots or streaks. Results typically last 4-6 weeks longer than traditional methods.
Traditional Squeegee
Professional-grade squeegees paired with microfibre detailing cloths deliver precision cleaning for interior windows and specialty glass. This hands-on technique allows our team to address each pane individually.
Best for:
- Interior window surfaces
- French doors, patio doors, and skylights
- Leaded or decorative glass panels
- Ground-floor commercial windows
We use a professional soap solution that cuts through grease and film, followed by a blade-edge squeegee pull for a streak-free result every time.

FAQs
Window Cleaning FAQs
Common questions about our service
Do you use squeegee or water-fed poles?
Both. We assess each job and select the best method — traditional squeegee for interior and ground-floor windows, water-fed poles with deionized water for upper storeys and hard-to-reach exteriors. Many jobs use a combination for the best results.
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes. We offer two packages: Exterior Only (from $149) and Exterior + Interior (from $249) which includes tracks and screens. You choose the level of service that fits your needs.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
Most homes take 1-3 hours depending on size, window count, and the package selected. A standard 3-bedroom home with inside and out cleaning averages about 2 hours.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and are WSIB certified. We are fully licensed to operate across Ontario and cover residential and commercial properties.
What is deionized water and why does it matter?
Deionized water has had all minerals removed through a multi-stage filtration process. Because there are no minerals left to leave deposits, the water dries completely clear — no spots, no streaks. It also means we use zero chemicals on your glass.
Can you clean windows in the rain?
Yes. Rain is already pure water, so it will not leave spots on freshly cleaned glass. Our deionized water method works in light rain without affecting results. We only reschedule for heavy storms or high winds.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend 2-3 times per year for residential properties. Homes near construction, major roads, or heavy tree coverage may benefit from quarterly cleaning. Commercial storefronts often schedule monthly service.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day service is often available depending on our schedule. Call (437) 445-3338 or text us to check availability. We also offer flexible scheduling including weekends.
