1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, requesting an instant quote, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Instant quotes are estimates based on information you provide and typical property profiles.
- Final pricing may be adjusted on-site after inspection of window count, access, height, and condition.
- Promotions, discounts, and packages cannot always be combined unless explicitly stated.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- We aim to arrive within the scheduled window; weather or traffic may cause delays. We will notify you if timing changes.
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Same‑day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Unsafe weather (e.g., lightning, high winds) may require us to pause, reschedule, or modify the service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the work area and remove fragile items from window sills or surrounding areas.
- Inform us about any specialty coatings, damaged glazing, or access restrictions prior to service.
- For interior work, a responsible adult must be present during the service window.
5. Service Limitations
- We do not remove items that pose safety risks or may cause property damage without consent.
- Certain stains (e.g., mineral deposits/etching) may require additional treatment or cannot be fully removed.
- Gutter cleaning does not include repairs unless quoted separately.
6. Satisfaction & Re‑cleans
If you notice any issues within 48 hours of service, contact us and we will return to address reasonable concerns. This re‑clean policy does not cover new dirt from weather after completion.
7. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, major cards, and e‑transfer. Late invoices may incur administrative fees.
8. Photos & Marketing
With your permission, we may capture non‑identifying before/after photos of exterior work for portfolio and social media. We will not disclose personal information or exact addresses in marketing materials.
9. Liability
We are fully insured and take safety seriously. Serv1sland is not liable for pre‑existing damage, defective mounting, or concealed conditions that could not reasonably be identified during inspection.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
