How long does a quote take?
For window and gutter cleaning, our calculators give you an instant price based on your home size and service level — it takes about 30 seconds. For upholstery cleaning, Daniel will text you a custom quote within minutes of receiving your description. Most customers get a final price within 10 minutes of submitting the form.
Is the quote final?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. If our crew arrives and the job is smaller or simpler than expected, we adjust down. If the scope is significantly larger than what you described (e.g. many more windows than listed), we will confirm the revised price with you before starting.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. Payment is due on completion of service, not when you book. We accept e-transfer, credit card, debit, and NFC mobile payments. You can cancel or reschedule anytime before the job starts at no charge.
Can I bundle multiple services?
Yes. Bundle any two services (window + gutter, window + upholstery, etc.) on the same visit and save 10% on your total. Mention it when you request your quote and we will build the discount into the price. Bundling also saves you a crew visit.
