For window and gutter cleaning, the form collects the home and service details needed for the applicable quote path. For upholstery and carpet cleaning, the Serv1sland team sends a written quote after the requested photos and service details are received.
Is the quote final?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. If our crew arrives and the job is smaller or simpler than expected, we adjust down. If the scope is significantly larger than what you described (e.g. many more windows than listed), we will confirm the revised price with you before starting.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. Payment is due on completion of service, not when you book. We accept e-transfer, credit card, debit, and NFC mobile payments. You can cancel or reschedule anytime before the job starts at no charge.
Can I bundle multiple services?
The window-and-gutter calculator applies its displayed bundle offer. For carpet, upholstery or other combinations, mention the additional work in your request; the team confirms whether the services can share a visit and records any applicable offer in the written quote.
