Daniel Mukashev founded Serv1sland (also spelled Servisland) in 2023 with a simple goal, to deliver the best exterior cleaning service in the Greater Toronto Area and treat every customer the way he'd want his own family treated. What started as a small operation in a single neighbourhood has grown into a company that has cleaned 500+ homes across 16+ GTA cities and holds a perfect 5.0 Google rating across 127+ reviews.

The three services Serv1sland offers

• Window cleaning — interior, exterior, tracks, and screens. Water-fed pole system with deionized water on the exterior for a streak-free finish that lasts; traditional squeegee on the interior for precision.
• Gutter cleaning — full debris clear, downspout flush, and a visual inspection of the gutter line. Photos sent after the job so you can see what was done.
• Upholstery cleaning — sofas, sectionals, chairs, ottomans, and mattresses. Deep steam extraction with stain pre-treatment, deodorizing, and fabric-safe drying. Fabric upholstery only (no leather).

How we work

Quotes go out by text, not over a call centre. No pressure tactics, no bait pricing, no upsells. If the job is outside what Serv1sland does well, like leather upholstery, pressure washing, or anything on a commercial high-rise, we will tell you that honestly and point you toward someone who specializes.

Bundle discounts are straightforward: 10% off when you add gutter cleaning to a window booking, or 10% off upholstery when combined with any exterior service. Cash payments waive HST. Same-day service is often available.
